Way Out West Outfitters – Return & Refund Policy

At Way Out West Outfitters, we want you to love your gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it easy.


🛍️ Returns

We accept returns on most full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags attached

  • Return requested within 14 days of receiving your order

Please note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable unless faulty.


💸 Refunds & Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll have two options:

1. Refund to Original Payment Method

  • Excludes original shipping costs

  • Allow up to 5 business days for the refund to process

2. Store Credit

  • Choose to receive your refund as a store credit voucher

  • Valid for 12 months from issue date

  • Store credit will be emailed to you once the return is processed

Why choose store credit? It’s the fastest way to grab something new and avoid missing out on fresh stock!


🔁 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. To swap for a different size or style:

  1. Return your item for a refund or store credit

  2. Place a new order online

This ensures you get what you want before it sells out.


📦 How to Return

  1. Email wayoutwestoutfitters20@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll confirm if the return is eligible and send return instructions.

  3. Send the item back (return postage is at the buyer’s).


⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

We pride ourselves on quality, but if something’s gone wrong—like a faulty item or incorrect order—email us at wayoutwestoutfitters20@gmai.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll sort it ASAP at no cost to you.
